I co-founded a hiring platform called Headlight that helps employers identify the right talent using work samples.

What would someone be surprised to know about you? 

My go-to Karaoke songs are all 90's teen pop.

What is your biggest accomplishment to date? 

Helping my college team (men's gymnastics) win the NCAA national championship.

What would you tell someone who is thinking of joining the PIF program? 

It's an incredible opportunity to partner with really thoughtful and dedicated public servants and just make things work better for everyone that lives here.

If you couldn't be a PIF, what would you want to be? 

A journalist writing about how tech is transforming government.

Reading books on sports, psychology, and culture. Finding new kinds of workouts and movements to explore. Making stuff for the internet.
